Hugh Phillips Gower Butcher

Our butchers stall has been in the family since 1878 when Hugh's grandfather first started it.

We source our stock from our own farm and other farms on Gower and the surrounding area. Specialising in Welsh lamb and seasonal salt marsh lamb, for beef we also prefer to use the more traditional breeds of cattle such as Welsh Black and Herefordshire. We are famous for our homemade sausages and our free range poultry at Christmas.
